This policy explains what information Apponix Academy collects through this website, why we collect it and how we look after it.
What we collect
When you request a counselling call or use the degree finder, we collect the details you type in:
- your name, mobile number and e-mail address
- your city, highest qualification and current status
- the programme and university you are interested in, and any note you add
We also record the date and time of the enquiry and the IP address it came from, so we can prevent spam and duplicate submissions.
How we use it
We use your details only to call you back about online degree options, to prepare a shortlist of universities for your profile and to support you through admission if you choose to enrol. We contact you by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail only after you have agreed to it on the form.
Who we share it with
If you decide to apply to a partner university, we share the details that university needs to process your application. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as they are useful to support your admission and for our legitimate business records, after which they are deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Write to the e-mail address on our Contact page and we will act on it within a reasonable time.
Cookies
This site uses a session cookie so the enquiry form can be submitted securely. If analytics is switched on, Google Analytics may also set cookies to measure how the site is used.
